The luxurious apartments offered for sale in Majestic Hotel & Residence are differentiated in three categories – studios, one – bedroom, and two – bedroom apartments. All prices listed additionally in our price list include all necessary furnishing and also include VAT.
***Block E (situated closer to Fiesta Beach Hotel and Helena Resorts complex) – We offer apartments for individual sales and smaller investors in this block. It can be negotiated as a larger number of apartments as well but it is all due to some further interest and discussion. All apartments left for sale and available at the moment are 1-bedroom apartments and one 2-bedroom apartment both with “sea” and “park” views. There total number is 38 apartments up to date and are differentiated as follows:

NOTE 1:It is imperative to note that the complex is fully ready and occupational since the end of May 2006. Therefore, all apartments are ready to be used and this means that the full purchase price should be paid when purchasing. However, we are prepared to discuss any possible options and payment plans according to individual resources.
Therefore, ***POSSIBLE PAYMENT PLANS can be:
1) Reservation Deposit – agreeable upon the units purchased, but individual deposit amounting to EUR 1 500
2) 1st installment: not less than 50% of the purchase price of a unit and not later than 21 days after reserving the units
3) 2nd installment: The rest of the purchase price corresponding to 50% should be paid not later than 1 1/2 months after the transferring of the first amount
2. Payment plan:
• 1500 EUR reservation fee
• 50% - payable on signing the preliminary contract (up to 2 weeks after depositing the reservation fee)
• 40% - payable 2 weeks after the first installment
• 10% payment upon notarization but not later than 3 weeks after the second installment
3. Payment plan:
• 1500 EUR reservation fee
• 50% - payable on signing the preliminary contract (up to 2 weeks after depositing the reservation fee)
• 30% - payable 2 weeks after the first installment
• 20% - payable within 2 weeks after the second installment
NOTE 2:There are basically two main options for the calculating of the management income:
1. Standard prices based per night. The prices contracted for the first operational season for the management of the apartments with the tour operators we work with are listed below:
2.1. For studios: EUR 50.00 per night
2.2. For 1-bedroom apartment: EUR 60.00 per night
*** 2-bedroom apartments are not included in the tour operator lists. However, we may be able to contract them at the same levels as the 1-bedroom apartments
The rental rates are contracted additionally for each consecutive season.
Management fee – 25% of the rental income paid to the management company
2. Minimum Rental Income as a set amount including the management fee. This rate can be negotiated based on the number of units purchased and the terms of the contracted periods.
